With all of the agencies acquainting same items; bus, paratransit vans, engines, transmissions, parts, security, etc. Partnerships are needed to keep our costs down and create a stronger buying power.

Talking with FTA Legal, the only way we can stay in compliance is to group or partner together (consortium). Please list the items you have budgeted for today and up to 5 years for a short term and long term planning, since we can contract up to 5 years, lets see what we can come up with to build this SWTA Region one of the strongest. Thank you all for your interest in cutting costs.
