Warriors to Work Program
FOR WARRIORS
The Warriors to Work program provides career guidance and support services to Wounded Warriors interested in transitioning to the civilian workforce. We match your skills and experience to the needs of hiring managers. These services are also open to registered family members and caregivers.

FOR EMPLOYERS
Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) supports employers by helping them connect with qualified candidates, providing information and education about combat-related injuries (such as post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury), reasonable accommodations, facilitating a productive onboarding process, and developing a long-lasting relationship throughout the life cycle of employment.
- Set attainable goals;
- Build an effective resume;
- Prepare for an interview; and
- Network with local employers.

Transition Training Academy
WWP created the Transition Training Academy™ (TTA), a hands-on program that helps you explore the information-technology (IT) field as a possible career choice. TTA instruction is a high-touch blended learning model where instructors engage personally with each student with “learn-by-doing” teaching techniques that increase the potential for student success. This is especially beneficial for those warriors who suffer from TBI or PTSD. All TTA courses and class materials are provided free of charge to warriors and their spouse or caregiver.
