Agreement Reached Between Sun Tran and Teamsters


TUCSON, Ariz. – Sun Tran officials and Teamsters Local 104 have settled a new contract. Union members ratified the contract this evening.

“I look forward to a productive relationship with the Teamsters membership moving forward and I’m pleased a new contract could be reached,” stated Sun Tran General Manager Kate Riley. “We recognize how difficult this process has been for all of our passengers and the community, and are happy to operate all 43 routes starting tomorrow.”

Passengers are asked to please use schedules in the Ride Guide valid through February 2016, available on buses, online and at approximately 300 locations, such as public libraries, major malls and pass sales outlets throughout Tucson
