SWTA’s How To Future-Proof Your Transit System

Amid the unprecedented challenges we’re facing globally, nationally and within the transit industry related to COVID-19 and other societal trends, it’s never been a more important time to chart out your organization’s future while retaining focus on its foundational values and identity.

SWTA is partnering with TripSpark to deliver a half-day session focused on bringing together Directors, General Managers, Supervisors and other C-Level leaders from medium, small and urban transit providers – not to talk shop but consider strategies to ensure your system can weather any storm and deliver continuous & improving service to the communities you serve.

This session will feature a mix of dynamic presenters and experienced agency leaders to help de-risk decisions and organizational priorities to ensure your system remains a sustainable and valued asset, both now and in the future.
