Transit Initiatives and Communities (TIC) Conference

The Center for Transportation Excellence (CFTE) would like to invite you to attend the only national conference exclusively devoted to understanding transportation ballot measures and advocacy campaigns, the 2015 Transit Initiatives and Communities (TIC) Conference in Grand Rapids on June 1-3.

Join advocates, transit professionals, and campaign leaders to advance local initiatives and learn how to win. In 2015, the conference heads to Grand Rapids, Michigan, a city that enjoys a strong record of ballot success, including a 2011 measure that led to Michigan’s first BRT project, the Silver Line. Grand Rapids boasts a lively, walkable downtown and well-deserved reputation as a national transit leader. You can learn more about Grand Rapids’ awards and attractions here.

Register today. Group discounts and scholarships available —bring your entire campaign team or coalition! E-mail Nick Tobenkin at for more information on scholarships. The preliminary program is also available online. Once again, CFTE will offer a special grassroots advocacy workshop as part of the conference.
