The T: Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
It’s once again time for The T’s Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament! You are such an important part of this event’s success, and we hope you are ready to participate again.
The T’s 2016 Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at The Golf Club of Fossil Creek, 3401 Club Gate Drive, Fort Worth 76137, and an excellent Arnold Palmer-designed golf course.
Registration will be $125 and includes: lunch, green fees, cart, prizes and dinner following the tournament. This year, one par three will allow extra shots to be taken. One extra shot will be three dollars or two extra shots for five dollars. Pick the best of the three. One par five will allow you to move up to the 150 yard marker and hit your second shot for twenty dollars per team. All the extra monies go towards our scholarships. Please bring cash for these two opportunities and help us support this scholarship program.
This scholarship effort means a great deal to the employees and their families. Last year alone they awarded $15,700 in scholarships!

Designed specifically for attorneys who represent public transportation entities and transit agency decision-makers who need to understand their legal responsibilities. Expect to learn about substantive issues, discuss shared challenges, and grow in your practice area. Participate in interactive discussions and in-depth sessions on hot transit law topics, led by gifted practitioners.

This course seeks to have participants understand public transit service planning. By the end of the course, participants will be able to undertake conceptual service planning/design and redesign, including routing and scheduling, transit budgeting, and calculating levels of service and capacity.
This course is targeted to meet the needs of entry to mid-level transit planners looking to gain or refresh their knowledge. It is most appropriate for participants from transit providers and Metropolitan Planning Organizations, but it is also appropriate for federal, state, and local agencies that interact with transit providers.
