SWTA Maintenance Directors Forum

The SWTA Maintenance Directors Forum has been requested by and for maintenance shop leaders and their team members


The goal is to create a community of transit professionals, encourage leadership development and learn necessary skills.


This will be a quick-paced learning experience, led by current and former fleet managers, with time to engage in meaningful dialogue about challenges, strategies and resources so you go back to the shop with your fleet leadership tool box full of fresh ideas and approaches.
