CAPITAL METRO: Program Manager, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)


The Program Manager, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) reports to the Director, Vehicle Maintenance. The position will be the business lead for the EAM program across the authority, working with all operational groups to ensure the effectiveness of the program. This position requires indirect supervision of subject matter experts in other business groups. This position is responsible for ensuring comprehensive business process analysis, data ingestion and quality, reporting and business functionality support for the Infor EAM application. This position will also be responsible for providing customer focused service and building positive and constructive relationships with Infor EAM subject matter experts (SME’s), stakeholders and customers, by understanding their needs, problems, and providing timely communication and service.

Desired Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field. Experience may substitute for degree on a year for year basis up to four (4) years.
  • Six (6) years functional experience with Enterprise Asset Management with an understanding of asset management best practices, standards, and requirements.
  • Four (4) years of management or program management experience; including supervision.

Salary Range

71,502 to 89,378.00
