Develop, coordinate, and manage all operational training for new and current employees to maintain company standards for operating equipment, providing customer service, and regulations adherence.

Desired Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field. Related experience may be substituted for a degree on a year for year basis up to four years.
- Class B/CDL license with passenger endorsement.
- Three (3) years’ experience delivering training programs, curriculum, and classes for a medium or large organization
- Three (3) years’ experience in transit environment with three (1) years of supervisory or lead experience
