There's two options to get you from the airport in Kenner to downtown New Orleans:

Parking @ The Westin

Valet parking is $58 daily.  Conference attendees will receive a 20% Discount - Discounted Rate $46.40 

Also there is self park through the Premium Parking app, rates fluctuate daily
