- Indoor Vehicle Only - Member $1500 - includes 1 Full Business Member Conference Registration. Any size vehicle allowed, no exhibit booth, but will come with a table and 2 chairs. You can additional vehicles for $350 each.

- Booth locations will be assigned first-come, first-serve unless a booth is included with a sponsorship. Sponsorships receive priority. Booth Assignments will be provided a few weeks prior to the conference.
- Refund Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee (+credit card processing fees) if cancellation requests are received via email by 2/28/2026.
- After 2/28/2026 No Refunds on Booths.
- After 3/16/2026 No Refunds on Registration.
- No Refunds on Sponsorships once you have received any electronic or print recognition.
- All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee (+credit card processing fees) if cancellation requests are received via email by 2/28/2026.
- Payment
- All invoice payments and membership dues must be paid 10 days (3/20/2026) prior to conference commencement.
